What will be the impact on my instances configured in always on mode
IF the Domain account of the endopoint is locked
will it be possible to configure the endopoint of always on with an SQL account for example the account SA

If it's supported in your environment, a great way to avoid that issue is to use group managed service accounts. You can find some information and the requirements for gmsa in this article:

If this is a service account, why is it getting locked?
If users are fat-fingering the passwords, then I suspect that these accounts are being used improperly. Are you sharing the same account as a SQL Service account, as well using this account for an application to access the database and server?
