Hello everybody.
I am new on that server so after weeks od reading, from the begining of new year is a time to write first post:)
I have one specific problem, mean I need add server role, that could:
1. Kill processes
2. chacking data files I/O, recent expansive queries, processes
3. Chacking what are logins on SQL instance
4. Chacing what are databases on SQL instance
5. Chacking what kind of credentials has been created on the instance.
What kind of roles or how to create user defined roles?
Best Regards.

You have a disparate list of things here. Killing processes is process admin. To look at logins, security admin does this, but also allows creating them. I suspect you'd want to grant rights to just view the server_principals dmv.
Server roles are described here - https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms188659(v=sql.110).aspx
I'm not sure what you want to check with file i/o, but if you are looking for query statistics, then you would need SHOWPLAN rights for the plans. For server wide i/o, VIEW SERVER STATE permissions.
Also, note it's "Checking", not "chacking".
