Is there not a benefit to a Backup and Restore Replicated Database on the Same Server?
My understanding is that if something goes wrong with the Replicated Database and it can't be repaired you need to recreate
The publications and subscriptions.
Is that correct?

Looks to me like a backup is helpful.
I was told it was useless.
