Welcome to SSC.
There are a lot of guides on the internet on how to configure SSRS. Typing "Configure SSRS on SQL Server 2014" on your preferred Search Engine will definitely bring back an array of useful guides, articles, and documentation.
Perhaps, rather than just asking someone to write a guide out for you, with no other information to go on than you have SQL Server 2014, you should do some of the work yourself first. Ok, we know you have 2014, but is it Express, standard, Enterprise? Are you in a domain or using WorkGroups, is the SSRS service on the same server as the Data Engine. Are you expecting us to help you with guidance of user access as well...? Stating "guide how to configure" doesn't tell us much at all, as every person's/company's/server setup is different.
If you get stuck setting SSRS up, reply and post with the problem you facing, so that someone can guide you past that stepping stone. If you aren't happy setting up SSRS yourself, then get (pay) someone else to do it for you.
