We have SQL Server 2012 SE in DR site. (log shipping configured every 15 min).
Physical memory : 64 GB. allocated for instance 19GB.
While monitored the server performance found that cpu spike crossed more than 70%. After our analyze we noticed sql plan cache flushing every sec.
Prod & DR have same configuration.(CPU & memory). But in prod we see only 30% cpu.
could you please help on this.

More information is needed. I'd double check the server configuration, memory settings, etc. Are there other processes running on that machine? What are the wait statistics? This is about investigation now.
