installing user CALs on SQL server 2016 standard

    Could someone kindly guide me on how to install user CALs on SQL server 2016 standard edition?

    Licensing is about paperwork. You need to have bought enough CALs for your users and have the paperwork to prove it when you get audited. They aren't objects that you load into SQL Server
