Im having a problem when install SQL server 2014. Everything was fine except the instance features. I uninstalled the SQL server 2014 and deleted some registry in Regedit, The previous one worked perfectly fine but I think i might deleted wrong registry. Please help me, sorry for my bad English

try a counter rebuild from the command prompt then reboo the server
lodctr /r

I tried to reinstall with only instance features, im still having the same problem. Any idea?,

Did you check the summary file indicated to see if there are other errors?
Did you right click on setup.exe and run as Administrator?
Is .Net 3.5 enabled on the server?

Did you reboot after rebuilding the counters
