SQL Server 2016 - Reports wont Run on web but work in Report Builder

  When I try to run Reports They Just open a sub page of the home page.

  They Run fine in report builder have the latest installs of .net and silver light. No Reports in the Error logs and no

  events in the MS SQL server nor on screen errors. Just doesn't pull the report up?

  Runs fine in Report Builder

  

  IE Normal Folder Display

  

  IE After Clicking on a Report to Run

  

  Firefox After Clicking on a Report to Run "Newly Supported with 2016"

  

  Any ideas? I have the latest of Silver-light and .Net Installed.
