How can i learn SQL Server 2014
There are so many possibilities for an answer to this. Do you have any experience in sql server? Do you have any experience in any other DBMS? Are there certain areas you are interested in? The topic is entirely too broad for somebody to know all aspects. This is like asking "How do I learn Windows?".
The upside is you found an excellent resource (this website) for learning nearly every aspect of sql server. There are dozens and dozens of people around here each with their own areas of expertise.
You will want to download and install a copy of sql express and try stuff out in your own environment.

If you're really serious about learning SQL Server, first, assuming you don't have an MSDN subscription where you can just download a copy of SQL Server, you'll need to purchase one. You can get a copy of the Developer's Edition for $50. Once you have that, I'd suggest starting with the various Stairways series you can access here on SQL Server Central. These provide a huge amount of learning in a single location. As you hit snags or you have specific questions, come back here and post them.
