I work on query optimization. Can you please suggest me books, or URLs to refer for optimization techniques.
I have gone through Stairway to SQL Server Indexes and it helped me lot.
I also read the books SQL Server Execution Plans, Second Edition by Grant Fritchey ,Inside the SQL Server Query Optimizer by Benjamin Nevarez
