I know it's not recommended but it's what I inherited.
Windows 2008 R2 running SQL 2012 for reporting services.
The box also host IIS for ticketing pages (asp form site that just post field data via email).
The box is AD auth over a vpn tunnel and is on the Domain. The ticket sites are posting via the smtp without any trouble, but the ssrs subscriptions are not sending mail, they keep failing. All sites are SSL including the SSRS. The SSRS page is exposed to the internet and is able to run reports without trouble.
I've run through all the settings but to no avail. I read that IIS and SSRS can have issues running side by side. Anyone else have issues with SSRS and IIS on the same box or is there no relation to the issues I'm experiencing?
Other then sending reports via email, the ssrs site works just fine.
