I tried to search for 70-463 ebook download from many links but did not get any.and would also like to know whether this MS press book includes all three
BI components such as ssis,ssas and ssrs similar to sql 2008 70-448 ebook.Can anyone help me on this.Thanks in advance.

No, the 2012 exams are different from the 2008 exams.
70-463 covers SSIS and a bit of DQS and MDS.

Ok, which certification is for SSRS 2012?and is there any press book for it?

SSRS, together with SSAS: 70-466.
There's no book, but you can use the training kit for the 2008 exam. It covers about 70% of the 70-466 exam (not much has changed between SSRS 2008R2 and 2012 and for SSAS multidimensional). The only part missing is SSAS Tabular.
