VS2014 does not exist. There is only VS2013 and VS2015. Please double-check your question.

sorry I meant VS2013. Deploying to a SQL2014 server.

VS2013 works fine with SQL 2014 – can you describe your problem?

I've developed an ssis project using vs2013 when I should have used vs2012. is there a way I can downgrade the project so it opens in vs2012??
