    Hire a good consultant to do the performance review for you and learn from them and their findings document.

    Failing that, there are a baJILLION things you could pursue. I would search the web and find one of the free eBooks on performance tuning SQL Server.

    This question is really too broad. Are you trying to solve a certain problem? If so, what problem? If you are just looking for some kind of solution because you know you need one then researching possible solutions on the internet is the way to start. By doing that you may run across a number of things that you had not considered before.
