I Have a field in my Query Result with this Value : For example "Http://www.sssss.com"
I want To change it Which User click on it, Directly Open a web page with addres (that save on that row)

Nothing else Of SSMS
User directly Open View on Sqlserver. (Management Studio)
At the end I want to export this to excel.And I want this method to excel again.

Nothing? That is impossible. To view any results from the SQL Server engine, you need some sort of client.
So I assume that you mean SQL Server Management Studio. You cannot create 'clickable' hyperlinks there, as far as I know.
