sql server 2008R2 installation failed on windows server 2008R2

    Hi,

    when installed sql server 2008R2 in windows server 2012R2.Iam getting the following error "the system cannot find the specified file.Iam attaching the summary.txt and screen shots of installation .please help me in

    In the heading instead of windows server 2012R2 I mentioned windows server 2008R2
