  Hi all,

  I have a request to create a dashboard solution that will be real time to show performance data on a certain system. The data is logged into a SQL Server database with information on its performance, which will be required to be shown as a dashboard solution. I'm contemplating to see if SSRS is a solution for this. There are specific requirements that need to be implemented as this may be customer facing.

  I want to know if there may be any other solution out there other than SSRS. SSRS is very static and doesn't provide the full features (Or could it?)

  1. The dashboard has to be real time. Updated without any user interaction ( I know AutoRefresh is a solution)

  2. There could be more than one page of performance indications, I would like the report to automatically paginate between multiple pages

  3. Allow specific performance points to be commented by Me (or anyone else managing the report). Customers will be able to see this comment to understand the performance of the system.

  My end goal may be to purchase a 3rd party software to have all my requirements met, but I currently cannot find anything possible. If any professionals on here could provide some insight, that would be great.
