Single 1.3TB table, crash when trying to built fulltext index

    Hi all, I'm new to this forum, and really need your help.

    Recently I got a 1.3TB table, has 2.7billion rows and 25 columns running on MSSQL. When trying to build fulltext index, after 2.1billion, it will not continue anymore.

    Quick questions, what is the system's OS, is it 32 or 64bit, SQL Server Version and Edition?

    Sorry for the confusion, it is 64bit OS, SQL 2008R2.
