  We gave permissions to the users by adding in msdtsserver 100 and also locally in DCOM config group , after restart the ssis servies , users are connecting to SSIS for few mins again they are coming we are unable to connect to SSIS .After restarting SSIS th eusers are removed from Dcom config group , pls let me know the reason and solution for this.
