    what are the differences b/w sql 2005 and sql 2008 cluster ?

    what are the services configured when installed sql 2008 cluster compared to sql 2005 ?

    Very little, you still have a clustered SQL Server service and a clustered sql server agent service. Now, if you're asking the differences between Windows 2003 clusters and Windows 2008 clusters then there's whole host differences.
