problem in mirroring

  Hi

  in our organization we have configured mirroring in sql server 2005 and database size is 5 gb and we have stoed mdf and ldf files in c drive and once i got problem that log file has increased to 85 gb and im unable to shrink the log file also its priciple server can u please suggest me wat to do in dis case to shrink the log file waitig for reply

  can you provide detail about the backup regimes in place on the principal instance?
