I would like to know is it safe to take RDP of virtual IP of SQL instance. I mean hope there is no security loop if i take the RDP of virtual IP of SQL instance.

I'm not sure I understand your question.
Are you asking if it is secure to connect via remote desktop to the sql instance's virtual ip instead of connecting to the node's ip? If so, then it's just as secure as connecting to the node's ip address.
If you mean something else, can you please explain?

There is no difference in connecting to the Nodes IP and the Virtual IP. Infact I would almost certainly say always use the Virtual IP address. I say this as do you have 24/7/365 monitoring of the cluster with alerts to tell you when the resource groups move between nodes or failover? If not then using the Virtual IP will always mean you get the active node. If you do have this kind of monitoring then you should know which node the resource groups are on so choosing the Node or the Virtual IP wont make any difference.
