  How to find out who has looged on or connected to my sql server instance yesterday and did some changes.

  Please help me in finding out this

  You can check the default trace, it shows schema changes. Other than that, unless you had some auditing in place you're unlikely to find much out.

  You can do a Google search on "windows 7 last logged on user registry" some hits are worth reading.
