The mail could not be sent to the recipients because of the mail server failure. (Sending Mail using Account 5 (2012-02-16T07:15:53). Exception Message: Cannot send mails to mail server. (Failure sending mail.).
)
In this production server smtp is woking, port 25 is enabled.
one more thing is when I use Database mail in my project in windows server2008, it does not show any issues But the mail is not received the user.
Means: If I use test mail, only one mail can send before shutdown databasemail Process.
If I use it in my project no errror but user can't receive mail
Can anyone help me about this issue?

what anti virus do you have on the server?
we had issues with mcafee and its mass mail worm not allowing to send mail and this was disabled via epo and all working fine

Thanks anthony.green
We are not using any antivirus in the server.
Actually
I can send one mail in test mail option or through my website. But when I send another mail before the Database mail shutdown Then the mail send failed and I get the error what I described above.
I search in google but can;t find anythig about such issue.

How big is the file that you are sending? Can you mail server handle/allow the size?

Hi Jared SQL Know-It-All,
Actually the size of my file is lessthan 100kb,
I was used our company's mailserver Now i solved the issue by using gmail smtp server. It also shows the issue.after I check the SSL secure connection Now its working fine for me. But I don't know what is the issue in our own email server.
Anyway thanks for the replay.

Thanks for letting us know what you did to resolve the issue. I would talk to your company's system admin or whoever handles the mail server and make sure it is set up properly together.
