  Hi, in the ssis package in dataflow i am taking three OLEDB sources and everthing sorting and then merge join after sort merge after derived column after conditonal split after lookup transformation atlast OLEDB Destionation .

  it will take 30 min time

  how can i reduce time immediately can you help please.

  i already used fast load also .

  Don't sort in the dataflow but use ORDER BY in your queries.
