How do I know if my SQL Server is properly licensed? I have a new SQL server that I need to license per processor because of our public facing B2B site. I purchased a volume copy of SQL Server 2008 R2 and installed it with the self extracting product key. What do I do for the 2nd processor license?

Nothing. Licensing is paperwork, there's nothing to be done in SQL. If you have a SQL instance running on two processors and MS audits, you need to be able to show them the paperwork around the 2 socket licenses. That's all.
