how can NULL values be included in aggregated function

  I have a set of % values that include NULLS. meaning that when there is a NULL value it should be counted as 100%

  How can I include it if the aggregate function normaly exclude NULLs... is there a way to do so?

  check ISNULL or COALESCE in books online.
