Find who alter procedure

    Some body change sql procedure and it effects all production and we want to find who make this changing. Am ı find any log about this.....

    if not too much time has passed, the default trace keeps track of DDL(CREATE/ALTER/DROP object changes)

    the easiest way is with a report that exists in SSMS:
