Unable to open Management Studio after upgrade from Workgroup to Enterprise
We upgraded from SQL Server 2005 SP3 Workgroup Edition to SQL 2005 Enterprise Edition. Before adding SP3 on Enterprise we got this error message trying to open Management Studio. After adding SP3 we get the same message.
Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft SqlServer.Management.Reports, Version=9.0.242.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKey Token=89845dcd8080cc91' or one of its dependencies. The system file cannot find the file specified.
SQL and databases appear to work because applications using them run ok.
There is an error noted in the Summary logs about Client Components. Is this related?

If it helps, the summary logs are below.
Also if it helps to know, during the initial upgrade we encountered the following error. We resolved the issue by creating a new folder BPAClient in which we copy/pasted BPAClient.dll from the Bin directory. But I believe that this was just related to analyzing the system before the actual upgrade.
That error was:
SQL BPA command line has encountered a problem and needs to close. we are sorry for the inconvenience.
