I have a ssrs 2008 r2 report that I want to export the results to a excel.
I am going to have one workbook with lots of tabs. In excel, there is a tab length of around 30 characters. I would like the tab lengths to be larger than 30 characters. Each one of my tabs will be user's email addresses. If there any way that I can extend the length of excel tabs. If not, do you have any suggestions I can try?

Excel only allows 31 characters for tabs.
Not sure what you're trying to accomplish, but could you simply add a "table of contents" in the first sheet, with the actual e-mails there and links to numbered tabs?

I have to change a sql server 2008 data driven subscription to sql server 2008 R2 standard subscription based upon what my company purchased. Thus, I am attempting to find a method for replacing the dynamic folders that contained people's email and company name. The only solution I came with is static folders and place on the worksheets in one workbook. I really want all the worksheets in separate workbooks.

I guess I'd have to see what you're talking about. I can't visualize it well enough to suggest anything at this point.
Would a separate file per e-mail work? File names can be longer than 31.
