I am not experienced administrator, if at all. Yet I’ve installed SQL Server 2008 on my PC. Now with the help of MS SQL Server Management Studio I can develop and use MS SQL Server databases. But there is one inconvenience. I can connect to Database Engine only using Windows Authentication but not SQL Server Authentication. I’ve tried various combinations of users and passwords with no success.
Please tell me where to go, at what to look and what to do?
