The following table describes some data where I need to be able to have buckets of 0-5%, 5-10%, 10-20%, 20-35%, 35-65%, 65-80%, 80-90%, 90-95% etc...
The problem is when the volume exceeds 5% (the smallest buckets) then it jumps a bucket. But the business needs to still show the 0-5% bucket with the 0.922 ANSP as this is also starting point. This could happen in any of the 8 buckets, and would then require previous ANSP value.....how is this possible in SQL using Cognos 8 report studio? Remember all 8 buckets must exist for this to work...
