SQL 2008 R2 Jobs Screen vs SQL 2000 Job Screen

    Hi guys,

    We jumped from SQL 2000 right to SQL 2008 R2.

    Its great but in 2000 I had a nice overview of all the jobs at one time. I could see what was running, failed, what step each job was on. In 2K8R2, at a high level it only shows me now the jobname and the status. It seems to be very lacking in the old details that were very valuable.

    I am probably missing something basic here, but how can I get this nice overview of jobs and their state now in 2K8R2?

    Yeah I just found it, I just tried the "Job Activity Monitor"

    Did you check the job activity monitor?

    Edit, darn habit of opening 10 windows at the same time :w00t:!
