Hi all,
I am getting an error while deployment of RS package(attaching Screen shot) .
I tried my best to resolve this issue by googling etc, but failed.

Is the Reporting Services service up and running?
Are you connecting to the default instance or a named instance?
Need an answer? No, you need a question

If you are connecting with a named instance, the url should have the following syntax:
http://myServerName/ReportServer_myInstanceName

In the screenshot it says <servername>/reportserver
Howevr you mentioned that this error happens when you deploy the report, you should be deploying to <servername>/reports
Check the deployment destinations in the SSRS projects

It is my Local Server. And I am not sure that I know how to give permissions to deploy the report.

Did you give yourself administrative rights when installing SSRS?
If you go to Report Manager, can you upload a report from there?
