Here are my two cents.
Reading your post I come to the conclusion you have designed a star-schema data warehouse following the dimensional model path. I also assume that having nine fact tables you have designed nine datamarts.
I do not think you will have the time to do everything you want in one hour.
I would start with a simple definition of datawarehousing and explain the basics of dimensional model, use *one* simple datamart as an example and explain how a star-schema works and how you plan to aggregate all those datamarts to become the final version of the corportate datawarehouse.
You are the architect, you are the one who knows about dimensional model - I wouldn't ask for feedback on the model. That does not means I would close the door to good and valuable feedback but you have to be in control.
As I say it before, just my two cents.

Thanks Pablo -- appreciate your suggestions. As of your post I already had my meeting(s) and you were correct I didn't have enough time which I knew going in but my PM had to be convinced otherwise once she was a part of 1 of 4 meetings she realized the amount of discussion/work required.
Again appreciate the feed back.
