SSRS 2005

  • Hi,

I am using SSRS 2005 version. I am printing multiple invoices, taking multiple invoice numbers as a parameter and

    printing invoices.

I have grouped the report based on Invoice number, so that the invoices are printed sequentially and there will be

page break after each invoice. Within each invoice there is a header, body and footer.

My issue is after the header is printed, an automatic page break happens after the header and the body moves to the

next page. Therefore there is a large gap between the report header and the body. The report layout is landscape. If some wants the RDL & Sample data to try out this, kindly mail me : mahagold AT hotmail.com

I wish any one can solve this issue and grateful if they can give the solution for my problem.

    Thanks,

    Mahalingam

    Mahalingam,

A logical page break should link you to page margins...try adjusting the page margins

  • Mahalingam,

    Please follow the following steps:

Step 1: Insert a header field

Step 2: Insert a footer field

Step 3: Insert all data regions you wish in the body field

Thus incase of any logical page overflow you will still get a new report on new page
