SSRS :Display column values in PopUp

  Hello gentleman,

  Here is the problem I am facing into SSRS.

  I have a column "description" which has 4000 charactor.So my requerment is I have to display only few words in column and whenever I click on column a PopUp should come with entire description.

  How to do this ???
