I had a web site built and now the company is out of business. When I go into my web site I get this message:ERROR: Can't Connect to MySQL Server My customers can't pull up pictures or info and I can't login into my administative page either. What can I do

do you still have FTP access to the root of your web site? can't you download the suite of pages, as well as the mySQL database and rehost it somewhere else?
does the company that used to do this for you have a skeleton crew to handle the disconnect form the biz environment? i'd contact them first, of course.

I am not intelligent enough about this to know the answers you asked. I can't login in my administrative page to do anything either. The company won't return our calls and their web page is down also http://oneupinteractive.com

see if you can access the cached version of some pages with a google search for your business or old web site. you may get luck and be able to rescue some of it.
