How to upgrade from SQL\MSDE to SQL Server 2008 and set triggers.

    I have two simple questions, that may not have simple answers, however I have no doubt those here can help.

    First, how do I upgrade SQL\MSDE to SQL Server 2008.

    Secondly how do I set triggers to record all changes to all databases to a file, so I can execute them on a remote database(for daily backups of changes).

    or even better how to make a trigger for SQL\MSDE without upgrading(if possible)
