The forums are difficult to read.
On the left column (the center column, considering that the website menu is on the left side), most posts show up as:
Mr or Mrs. 500Mr or Mrs. 500Mr or Mrs. 500Mr or Mrs. 500Mr or Mrs. 500Mr or Mrs. 500Mr or Mrs. 500Mr or Mrs. 500

or
Forum NewbieForum NewbieForum NewbieForum NewbieForum NewbieForum NewbieForum NewbieForum Newbie
or

In the right column, where there is room, the messages shows 3-4 words, new line, 3-4 words, new line.
Any ideas on how to fix this? I have images disabled on my browser, maybe that is why it's not showing properly.

Can you post a URL? I don't see that at all

Ya and what's the view mode you are using??

attached a screenshot.
The URL for this message works to illustrate, but this one is more obvious (on my PC)

After Ninja's post, it now looks like this in this thread:

That's precisely why that's happening. The 'strings' that you see are the ALT Text on people's level indicators. Since you have images off, the browser's showing the ALT text.

Better question: Why so many alt texts?

Nice catch... still a bug tho. I can't imagine how much wasted bandwith this is costing to host that extra useless text...

Haha!
I would say it's a design issue... it makes reading the forums difficult if images are turned off.
Thanks for the quick response

Yes, an ALT text issue. That is annoying.
We bought this forum code, and there are some issues, but we're stuck with it for now.

If it's vBulletin, should be able to change the alt-text under stylevar under edit templates
