How to Import .dbf file from Micropay programm from Sage to SQl Server 2005

Hi,
I try to get import files with extension as DBF belong to programm name as Micropay (Sage) for payroll staff in our company. But still have not any result. Just know that have dbf file. But would like to import everything from dbf files to sql server 2005.

I defined that dbf files was from Visual FoxPro

Will this be a one time thing or something done on a regular basis? Are you keeping the same structures or importing into a new structure?

I suggest looking at SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services). If it will be a one-time thing in to the same structure you can probably use the import/export wizard in SSMS.
