I'm now starting my studies on SQL Server 2008 and I intend to take the certification 70-432.
Does anyone has a study guide, or some must-have reference to achieve this goal?

Syngress has a study guide out called "The Real MCTS SQL Server 2008 Exam 70-432 Database Implementation and Maintenance Prep Kit". The ISBN for the book is 978-1-59749-420-5.
Granted I'm biased as I wrote part of the book.

You can see some of Mr. Denny's work at SearchSQLServer and we link to his articles here at times.
I think most of these books will work. Just be sure that you look at the exam requirements and follow the book, going through the exercises yourself on a real instance.

is there is CD with it? everyone is different but i prefer practice tests on CD with the book for reference

Not sure if it includes a CD. You can check on Amazon if one is listed.
