Has anyone received and fixed this error? We are using Visual Studio Team System 2008, SQL Server 2008, and Server 2008.
Team Foundation Server
TF31001: Team Foundation cannot retrieve the list of team projects from Team Foundation Server servername. The Team Foundation Server returned the following error: Team Foundation services are not available from the server.
Technical information (for administrator):
TF30059: Fatal error while initializing web service.
Our administrator is at a loss. Everything looks to be setup and running correctly until we try to access the application.

We hit something similar and it was a security issue. The service is running, but the error says it isn't, well, that's because the security context wouldn't allow it to be seen.
