Hello all,
Sorry, my english is not the best, but I'll try to explain it as good as possible.
Following Problem:
From one day to another we are missing all our Logins on our Server.
SQL Server 2005
Win2003 SP2 64 bit
SQL Server Mngmt Studio 9.00.3042.00
Business Intelligent Dev. Studio 2005.090.3042.0
No Problems with the relational Database - all Logins, Tables, etc... are accessible.
If I connect with SQL Srvr. Mngmt Studio to Analysis Services - I don't see anything. No Cube, no Login, nothing. All Databases are missing.
I don't get any access to any Analysis-DB. Well - indeed I can connect with Srv.Mngmt.Studio - but i dont see anything.
On Thursday last week everything worked fine, the problem first occured on Friday last week.
Anybody got any idea what I could do...? Don't want to reinstall everything :crying:
If you should need more details, tell me...
Thanks for every little help :crying:

If you bring up the SSAS properties for that server (right-click on the server and choose properties) and then click on the Security page, do you see who is listed as the server administrators? Are you logging in as one of those or do you have the ability to do so?

no, can't add any users or groups.
simply can't do nothing in SSAS, can't add users, don't see properties, nothing.
i have administrator rights on OS and of course also on the SQL-Server
after asking 3 other guys in our company, we decided to reinstall OS...
