local package with batch file not running when using job

    Hi,

    During the scheduled run this error appears:

    'DTSRun.exe - Application error : The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000142). Click on OK to terminate the application.'

    The batch file contain the following script:

    CD C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics\GP

    START Dynamics.exe Dynamics.set LoginGP.mac

    How can I solve this?
