SQL Server only works on a Microsoft operating system. There may be other considerations for running SQL Server on a mobile, but I am not an expert on how mobiles are built.
It would be worth also asking this question in a forum that specialises in the use of Microsoft software on mobile technology. If you are in the mobile busines then your colleagues may be able to suggest a good forum.
