I have tried to search for solutions on but I can't find any help... Their forum seems dead so I'm coming here as a last resort.
I have a stored procedure that generates a report for a doctor. Since he's got to locations the results of the report is broken into 2 excel spreadsheets. The SP executes each office location and puts the results into my queue I created called 'DoctorReport'. Included in this SP is such thing as a subject, message and all the parameters that is needed to send an email. That much is successful.
Now I have a job that executes the queue and send the results in one email. When I run this I get my email with the 2 spreadsheets. However it does not give me a subject for my email. The purpose of @queue_definition was supposed to give me a custom subject and message on top of the subject and messages that are already attached in the SP for each office. Does anybody have any experience with queues and how I can add a subject to the email of a queue?
declare @QueueName varchar(100)
set @QueueName = 'DoctorReport'
exec robots..sp_sendSAM
@call_mode='RUNQUEUE',
@queue=@QueueName,
@queue_definition='//queue/@title=Dr.X Weekly Report;//queue/@body=This attachment contains the list of patients who have a kept an appointment in the last week.'
