Hi all,
I upgraded SQL server 2005 (64) Enterprise Edition from SQL server 2005 (64) standard edition. The message showed SQL server Integration service and notification service failed after I applied the latest Cumulative update package 8 for SQL Server 2005 Service Pack 2.
Currently my database Engine version is 9.0.3257 but my Integration Service is 9.0.3050 after I applied the Cumulative update package 8 for SQL Server 2005 Service Pack 2.
Can anyone tell me what the latest SQL server 2005 integration service version is?
Thanks a lot.

The service pack should include all the relevant component upgrades, including SSIS. If yours didn't upgrade properly, this tells me either your SSIS is on a different server or there was some sort of error in the SP install.
Did you check your SP log file to see if it even tried to upgrade SSIS? If not, Did you upgrade SSIS to Enterprise along with the database Engine or did you forget to check that during your upgrade?

Integration service is on the same server with the database engine. I did not see any errors after I applied SP2. All the components have been upgraded to version 9.0.3042. I checked all the components including integration service and notification service when I was applying hot fixes.

Anli,
Check Steve Jones' list here http://www.sqlservercentral.com/articles/Administration/2960/ and follow his links to see if there are any SSIS components for the fixes after build 3042.
Note that the builds go from Highest (most recent) at the top to RTM down at the bottom, so don't scroll all the way down.

Brandie,
Thanks for the link. I will check if SQL integration service version 9.0.3050 is the lastest on the list.
Thanks a lot.
