During doing sometesting i mistakenly enabled VIA protocal, then i cannot start Sql server
All forums bogs(ex: http://blogs.msdn.com/sql_protocols/archive/2006/04/28/585835.aspx) says just disable VIA then it should work
but iam craking my head i disabled VIA still i cannot start, other than that i disable VIA ,if i restart PC its becoming Enabled.
I dont know what is the Problem please help.
Thanks In advance

check the sqlserver errorlog file.
Maybe it contains the messages you need to take care of.
(you can also post its content)

I assume you're managing sql server through cluster administrator? If you take the service(s) offline you should be able to make your changes.
Agree that the error should be in the sql error log - sql is usually very good at telling you why it won't start.
