hi all,
im a software engineer from india.Can any1 suggest me a learning centre/computer institute in chennai,India for learning SSNS and SSIS?id like 2 go for a course in these two areas.

I don't know the area, so can't help directly, but have you tried using Google/Yahoo/MSN search to find what you're looking for?

Is there a specific need to learn SSNS? Remember that SSNS is about to be phased out in SS2008, so unless there's a specific SS2005 app you need it for and you don't mind havnig to start over when 2008 is installed, I would tend to say - don't bother.
Some of its functionality is supposed to end up in SSRS ni 2008, but the standalone feature will be no more.....

I agree with with Matt. We just had an on-site instructor out here for a week, and we had him totally skip the Notifications part of the class just because it was being dropped in SQL Server 2008. Why learn it and implement something that you won't be able to keep when you are forced to upgrade.

as stated before : SSNS is obsolete with sql2008.
Maybe the better way is to the the dot net frameworks version of notification services. (I cannot recall the dotnet name for it)
